HOW TO ORDER

The website provides information about the products and services offered. To help us correctly process orders, please provide all the data requested and adhere to the terms of use as published when accessing the website.

Information from buyers will be incorporated into a database owned by Dalila Gebran SL and will be treated in accordance with our declared data confidentiality policy. Nevertheless, users who only register as buyers will not receive news, offers, or promotions unless express consent is given. Finally, there are pages in the online store accessible to users who have not started the process of ordering a product.

These users agree to be subject to the terms of use to the extent that the terms may be applicable. Before buying any product through the order form, buyers are asked to carefully read and explicitly accept these terms of use. To order one or more products from dalilagebran.com, please follow the steps in the purchasing process by providing the requested information, confirming the purchase of the products added to the basket, and making a payment order. When confirming the purchase of the products in the basket, buyers will be given all the information about the order (including shipping cost) and all the relevant contractual information. Buyers who purchase products on the website agree to pay at the moment the purchase is confirmed. Orders will not be processed until Dalila Gebran SL receives notification of payment. Once orders have been made, buyers will receive an email confirming the products purchased and prices, shipping costs, payment method, shipping address, and other contractual information. Orders will be recorded in the Dalila Gebran SL database for a period of time not exceeding the limits set by current legislation. Buyers may access information regarding their orders in the ‘My Account: Orders’ section. Dalila Gebran SL may decide not to process incomplete or incorrect orders; orders whose confirmation of payment is not received within 48 hours; and orders for products that are unavailable. In such cases, Dalila Gebran SL will inform the buyer by email that the order has not been processed and specify the reasons. Refunds will be issued for orders made for unavailable products.

 PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COST

Dalila Gebran SL reserves the right to decide which products are offered, and may add or remove products from the online shop at any time. The essential characteristics of each product are shown at dalilagebran.com. However, the images and colours of products offered may not accurately reflect reality due to the specific characteristics of the buyer’s browser or screen. The retail prices of products for sale on WWW.DALILAGEBRAN.COM always appear in Dollars ($) and include the corresponding VAT (21%) except for countries that dont apply.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Buyers purchasing products on the website agree to pay in full at the time their purchase is confirmed. Payment for products and shipping may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and similar) or by PayPal.

Order information will always be encrypted through a secure server. Bank data from credit card transactions will be transmitted employing a secure protocol as used by the Banco Sabadell or other banks that provide services for remote electronic payment – and no third parties will have access to any information. Such data will only be used by Dalila Gebran SL to complete the purchase procedures, issue appropriate refunds for any returns, and warn and inform the authorities if possible fraud is detected by dalilagebran.com

The purchase price of the products and shipping charges are debited from the current account of the user when orders are confirmed. Dalila Gebran SL will send the user an email confirmation of the purchase that includes an order number. This confirmation is valid as proof of purchase and is not an invoice. An invoice for the purchase order will be available at the dalilagebran.com website.

PRODUCT DELIVERY 

Dalila Gebran SL undertakes to deliver the goods in perfect condition to the address given on the order form. To facilitate deliveries, we recommend that buyers indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours. Dalila Gebran SL is not responsible for errors in delivery caused when the delivery address entered on the order form by the buyer is wrong, does not exist, or has been omitted. The legal maximum period for delivery is 30 days; however, deliveries will usually take place between 1 - 6 working days maximum after confirmation of the purchase order, depending on the chosen delivery method: standard or express. These transit times are estimated for main cities, not being considered the delays due to residential locations or outskirt areas.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For this purpose, the buyer must send an email to dalilagebran@gmail.com specifying the reason for the return. Once confirmation is sent, the dalilagebran.com team will send a proforma invoice which must be attached to the returned package. The buyer must pay the shipping costs and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging to: Dalila Gebran SL Caracas, Venezuela.

Following an authorised return of goods, Dalila Gebran SL will refund any purchase orders received within 30 days. However, Dalila Gebran SLL reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of certain goods in cases where the nature of the goods makes such a return impossible. The costs of returning goods will be paid by the buyer. For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met: The product(s) must be returned under the conditions specified by dalilagebran.com The product must be in the same condition as when delivered, and retain the original packaging. The product must be returned in the same protective cardboard box in which it was received (or in a similar protective box) to ensure that the product arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package. Providing the above points are satisfied, Dalila Gebran SL will make a refund for returned products. Any charges made by national customs services will not be reimbursed in accordance with customs legislation.
